Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
Business Bank offers a product that gives you the access to the equity in your home only when you need it. This revolving line of credit is flexible with interest only payments for the first 10 years, with the balance termed out for the remaining 20 years. This loan has a variable rate and no closing costs may apply.*
   
 * Business Bank will pay all closing costs for your Home Equity Line of Credit based on using a limited valuation or low cost appraisal. if a full appraisal is required for credit approval then the borrower will pay for this cost. The annual fee is $50.00 waived for the first year. The index for this variable rate loan is "PRIME RATE" as published in the WALL STREET JOURNAL plus a margin. The margin will vary from + 0.0 to 2.95, with no floor and a ceiling rate of 18.0%. As of March 25, 2011, based on the current value of the index, the Annual Percentate Rate (APR) ranges from 3.26% to 6.21%. The maximum APR is 18.00%. Prepayment Penalty on this account is $500.00 if closed within 3 years.
